Students in Elite For-Credit Courses have the best of both worlds: 1) one-on-one help at Elite when needed, and 2) a fully online curriculum that allows them to learn at their own speed. Students are encouraged to attend Study Lab at least twice a week to complete their work and ask questions.
Elite Open School is a fully-accredited, private, online high school that generates its own transcripts. When you apply to colleges, you’ll send both your high school and EOS transcripts. Colleges will recalculate your GPA taking all transcripts into consideration.
Yes. Any class taken for credit through Elite Open School will count toward a student’s 1) GPA, 2) UC a-g course count, and 3) AP/Honors course count (if the course is an AP or Honors course). No. Taking the AP exam is never required, even for AP classes taken at school. However, if you would like to take the AP exam, we will provide you with a list of schools where testing may be available, space permitting.
